According to Regulations on information disclosure by securities issuers, approved by the order of the Federal Securities Commission of Russia of July 02, 2005 # 03-32/ps, securities issuers are obliged to promptly publish notifications on material facts and deals in mass media in due time. For the purpose of observance of these Regulations' requirements «SKRIN» JSC offers you to use the web-site of the system for comprehensive information disclosure on issuers SKRIN «Issuer» with the view to organize public access to information disclosed on the securities market. In order to provide for a comprehensive and prompt information disclosure on your company that will be publicly available, «SKRIN» JSC proposes to sign a commercial contract on cooperation in the field of information disclosure.
