Mission
We are convinced in the following:
Information transparence has always been one of the main conditions for the stock exchange normal functioning, and its absence, vice-versa, has been an obstacle for attracting investments, impedes attracting investments, and hampers enterprises development, and consequently the development of the entire Russian economy.
Thus, as our main objective, we are targeting to provide flawless functioning of the effective and accessible mechanism of obtaining authoritative information in regards to a company by all persons concerned. By doing so we implement the investors’ right for information protected by Federal Law “Protection of Investors’ Rights and Interests on Securities Market”, and contribute to raising the efficiency of capital markets functioning.
